Capital Works Procurement - A collaborative approach

For those of you who attended this years HEPA conference, and anyone interested in collaborative estates procurement, Sir Robert McAlpine has produced an excellent document summarising the results of a survey they ran. The survey asked a number of questions including whether institutions work together and how most institutions procure major capital works. The document makes for interesting reading.
