Procurement England Ltd (PEL) is a partnership between six HE consortia in England with the aim of advancing collaborative procurement in the sector. PEL's primary goal is to facilitate the delivery of a national collaborative procurement service to English HEIs. It is a partnership between six purchasing consortia: LUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC,SUPC, TEC and TUCO.
To help PEL assess how aware sector staff are of collaborative procurement opportunities and their benefits, please take a few minutes to complete the brief survey. It will provide PEL with information on where to focus communications about collaborative procurement. This survey isn’t meant to assess views/opinions about PEL’s strategy or operational plan, but is a tool that will help them measure the effectiveness of future communications.
