Financing International Student Mobility

21 October 2016      Matt Sisson, Projects and Membership Manager

The techniques used by HEIs to capitalise on export income (through both international student tuition fees and international enterprises) is the focus of a new report from Grant Thornton, published this week. Financing International Student Mobility looks at the methods universities are using across the globe, and explores what they can do “to set themselves apart and attract the best and brightest international students”. The report has three key recommendations, that it titles “Follow the leaders”, “Provide an incentive to study”, and “Be diligent”.

The report is the second chapter of a series of reports exploring the implications of international student mobility for HEIs. For more information and to download a copy of the report, visit the Grant Thornton website
