The BUFDG Executive is made up of a Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer, who are elected at the annual conference. In addition, each region elects a representative at one of its termly meetings, which are open to all members in that region. All members of the Executive serve a two-year term.

The Conference Host for 2010/11 is Rosie Drinkwater (University of Warwick). This representative attends during the year leading up to the conference.
