Executive Director: Karel Thomas
Karel has worked in higher education since 1993, when she made a career change from banking and financial systems. She has been Executive Officer of BUFDG since 2003, and knows a lot of people and, some say, useful information! So if you want to get involved, have an idea, or are a new Director of Finance, then be sure to get in touch.
Web and Information Manager: Matt Sisson

Event Coordinator: Gill Birch
If an event is happening, then Gill is probably organising it. If you need any information about schedules or venues, or have any ideas about suitable training, then let her know.
Specialist Adviser: Harriet Latham
Harriet qualified as an ACA and CTA with PwC (Coopers & Lybrand) in London and Leicester and came into the HEI sector in 2007. She has been working for the BUFDG Tax Group since June 2009, moving forward sector-wide issues and providing specialist training. If you have any tax news or queries, then get in touch.
Graduate Intern: Peter Matthews
Peter has taken up a one year internship at BUFDG HQ. A Loughborough graduate in human biology and keen sportsman, Peter is keen to gain experience in finance before heading off to the states [he hopes] in autumn 2012 to do an MBA.
