Day 2 is: What you need to worry about when dealing with VAT and Property. Martin will use a series of case studies to review the tricky areas of property and construction VAT where common mistakes are made, and you could improve the VAT outcome. Martin will also cover current issues and concerns – including recent tax cases, and changes to HMRC guidance and policy. The content to be covered on this day is aimed at Experienced University Tax Managers with strong knowledge; ideally having attended one or more of Martin’s property courses.

Fee Details:

The full fee for each day is £350

Book before the end of December 2011 and pay a discounted price of £325

The fee does not include accommodation or subsistence (except for lunch).  Should accommodation be required it can be booked directly with Burleigh Court at a cost of £85 including VAT per night for B & B, or The Link Hotel at a cost of £72 including VAT per night for B & B.  (The Link is a mile or so from the venue).
