In other Welsh news, WalesOnline.com reports that Professor Phil Bowen, an academic at Cardiff University has used a National Assembly briefing to urge businesses "to exploit and take advantage of the pool of research, facilities and expertise that Welsh universities have to offer" in order to secure Wales' fragile economic recovery.
