LUPC has launched a tender for Estates Profesisonal Services running as a Competitive Flexible Procedure under PA23 regulations.
The Tender comprises the following Lots:

To date, LUPC have had a lot of interest from the market.
The Competitive Flexible procedure will ensure that LUPC can take feedback from the market at PSQ stage, along with the clarification questions asked at PSQ stage to inform and further develop the ITP where needed (without materially changing the nature of the tender). The PSQ stage closes on 22 September 2025.
This is the first iteration of a tender of this nature for LUPC and they are indebted to those who have given feedback so far.
