Monday 22nd May will see the launch of the new BUFDG website. We have spent a long time looking at what our members want, what they are searching for and how they use the current site. The overwhelming feedback is "it is too hard to find stuff".
So we have gone through the ‘stuff’ (which translates into 4,000 news items and 2,000 documents) and archived a big chunk of them, and then carefully categorised what is left over, using our existing resource areas. We have also dramatically improved the navigation and how we display the content, so it should be much easier to find what you are looking for, as well as finding some content you didn’t know existed!
The site will be out of action between 7 and 9am on the morning of 22nd May. If you wish to see the beta version before then and give us some feedback, then please let Dominic know.
