I attended a briefing last week by PwC focussing on recent experiences with their clients and NMW compliance. It turned into a thought-provoking discussion that highlighted the areas that are giving rise to compliance failures on the part of organisations generally and, particularly, how easy it is to fall foul of the rules due to inadvertent technical breaches. PwC have given me their slide deck to share along with an article aimed at the HE sector for members to consider.
