A recording from Grant Thornton's Time to Talk session on Financial Modelling and Scenario Planning from 17 July is now available. The session covered some of the basics you should consider in relation to your financial model, and went on to look at some practical tips including how to make your implementing decisions from your modelling easier and more efficient.
