Changes afoot for US sales & use tax for non-US businesses?

In a recent US Supreme Court decision it was determined that a physical presence is not required in the US for sales and use tax. It may well be worth speaking to your advisers about the potential implications of the Wayfair Inc. decision if your university sells goods or services to the US from the UK, as this decision heralds a significant change.
