FRC guidance covering COVID-19

The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has published guidance for companies on Corporate Governance and Reporting (including Interim Reports). It acknowledges the extraordinary situation many companies find themselves in as a result of COVID-19 and government responses. It seeks to "highlight some key areas of focus for boards in maintaining strong corporate governance and provide high-level guidance on some of the most pervasive issues when preparing their annual report and other corporate reporting".
