Take the new Modern Slavery e-learning module

07 May 2019      Matt Sisson, Projects and Membership Manager

HEPA has created a ‘Guide to Modern Slavery’ e-learning module which is free and available to all staff in BUFDG/HEPA member institutions.  This module is an introduction to Modern Slavery and the Modern Slavery Act.

The module is hosted on our Learning Management System alongside our 11 other free e-learning modules, including an Introduction to Sustainable Procurement, and the Criminal Finances Act. Along with the usual access for those with a BUFDG  website account, there's very easy ‘quick-registration’ that just asks for name, email address, and institution, and takes about 30 seconds. This is designed with those outside your Finance Departments in mind.

To read about more about all 11 courses, or to login to the system to begin, visit the e-learning page here. And if you'd like to have a chat about how your institution can make the most of the e-learning in a more coordinated way, drop an email to Rachel.  This is the start of some exciting developments in our e-learning offer – read our ‘coming soon -e-learning subscription model’ news below.
