Option to Tax correspondence with HMRC

The HMRC Option to Tax Unit address changed in October - all contact details for the Option to Tax Unit can be found on HMRC's webpage here. While checking this webpage I noticed that you are asked to '[a]llow at least 40 working days for the Option to Tax Unit to reply to your enquiry'.
In related news, HMRC has a new general email address for universities to use to contact them, along with their new template query form. HMRC has provided us with this guide detailing how universities should contact them in specific circumstances. This replaces the previous guide to contacting HMRC from 2015.
