Employment tax issues and corporate criminal offences

Law firm Pinsent Masons has produced an interesting analysis of potential employment taxes issues arising from the corporate criminal offences rules that came into force in September 2017. The article may be accessed here. And if you haven't thought about how your university should fulfil its responsibilities under the Criminal Finances Act, you should look at BUFDG's free e-learningthat is available to anyone in a member institution (not just finance departments) - there is even a certificate on completion.
