I have had several requests over the past couple of months for a training day outlining contract management. To this effect, I am pleased to confirm that we have scheduled an event for the 23rd January in central London, between 9.30am and 4.30pm.
Run by experienced trainer Andrea Reynolds of Cordie Ltd, the day will cover everything from what contract management is, through engaging stakeholders early on, key contract terms and KPI’s, improving supplier performance, conflict issues, and exit strategies.
