The key themes suppliers have identified are:
Please note, this is a snapshot in time of supplier-identified impacts and preparedness and should not, under any circumstances, be used as criteria for award of call offs. All EU regulations and framework terms and conditions still apply with regard to determining Award Criteria and the information should be used to gain a better understanding of a supplier’s current position, rather than to inform any future award.
Last update: Wednesday 30 October 2019
All Consortia have contacted their suppliers and asked them the same questions that were asked earlier in the year. They were asked them to confirm any changes to their previous response or further action they were now taking in light of a potential no deal. Alternatively they were able to confirm if their response remained the most current position. A column has been added showing where changes have been made to the supplier response. All other responses remain the most current position of that supplier.
This information is updated fortnightly.
