HMRC Press Release - IR35 announcement

HMRC have confirmed that the new IR35 rules will only apply to payments made for services performed on or after 6 April 2020. This means that Status Determination Statements will only be required where the work is performed on/after 6 April 2020 and not where services are performed before, but payment is made after 6 April 2020.
