BUFDG 2021 > Programme

The 2021 programme is spread across five days and features a fantastic line-up of challenging, informative, and entertaining speakers from the finance world and beyond.

You can find most of the sessions from each day of the conference using the links above, and these will be updated regularly as new details are confirmed.

Each day is split into four timeslots – a plenary first thing in the morning, followed by two workshop slots either side of lunch, followed by multiple ‘breakout’ sessions at 3pm. Our breakout sessions are smaller, informal, and moderated discussions that will provide space to discuss the issues raised earlier in the day in more detail, and under Chatham House rules.

While each day will hopefully have ‘something for everyone’, more of the sessions on Wednesday will be focused on a Procurement audience, while more of the sessions on the Thursday and Friday will tackle the most strategic-level issues. On Thursday and Friday the conference will be compered by Samira Ahmed, a journalist, writer, and broadcaster at the BBC. The additional evening social events, including guest speakers, a magician, and a quiz, will feature on the Wednesday and Thursday nights, from 5pm.

All sessions apart from the Breakouts will be recorded, and made available within 24 hours for repeat watching, or if you weren’t able to make it to the live timeslot.

If you have any questions about the sessions, contact Matt.
