Join Paul Knight and Paula Willock of BDO for a Time to Talk session on Monday 29 June at 11am. Paul and Paula will present a session on tax and accounting issues for universities and subsidiaries. The session will cover the approach to deciding which activities should be put through subsidiaries, the importance of service level agreements and understanding the supply chain. The session will then consider the impact of the current COVID-19 trading environment on corporation tax, exploring the impact on the 2020 and 2021 financial years and the care that will be needed to manage cash, reserves, losses and gift aid.
The event will take place via MS Teams and joining instructions will be sent in the morning in advance of the start time.
The event will start at 11am and last for approximately one hour, with additional time available for questions.
