We are pleased to welcome back employment status experts within the H E sector, Rebecca Seeley Harris, of Re:Legal Consulting Ltd and Caroline Jones of BDO, to provide BUFDG members with our annual and free training session on off-payroll working/IR35/employment status.
As part of the off-payroll working rules and HMRC’s newly published guidelines on their expectations of all parties responsibilities under the off-payroll working rules, all employers are required to provide training to relevant staff members on employment status to demonstrate they take reasonable care to ensure correct application of the rules.
Rebecca and Caroline will once again provide relevant information, various updates, latest cases, etc. on employment status, IR35, off-payroll working to help higher education providers meet their ‘reasonable care’ requirements.
