Time to Talk - Income and Collection Management

This time to talk session is an informal meeting to share ideas, thoughts and approaches on Income Collection. It is also a space to share recent new initiatives and best practice.
Universities are feeling a number of challenges on Income Collection and we will covers as many of these as we can. The session is discussion led and not a structured presentation.
The sessions are for HEP members only and the meetings are not recorded.
