HMRC Session on Employment Status in the Higher Education Sector

We are delighted to welcome HMRC employment status tax experts to a special HE focused webinar (for all BUFDG/UHR members). They have agreed to cover:
- What is Employment status - it is not a personal choice - Status indicators alongside a working, HE example - CEST - how to use it with the guidance - Who makes the decisions (all the different types of status – IR35 , agency etc) - Guidelines for compliance – how to approach compliance
Please do register your place to ensure that you are maintaining your knowledge of employment status for tax, plus keeping up with HMRC best practices for what good looks like.
If you have any questions that you want to ensure are covered at the session, please provide this information prior to the event as HMRC may not be able to answer specific questions on the day.
