In this Time to Talk Back to Basics session, Kirsty Rockall and Louise Gannon from GT will run through the types of issues that you should consider when embarking on the development of a Transfer Pricing Policy for intra-group recharges. When is a mark-up necessary or not? What points should any service level agreements cover? As part of this session, Kirsty and Louise will run through a TP checklist that they have developed for BUFDG members. This is an extended Time to Talk session lasting 1.5 hours.
There will be an advanced session taking place on 16 October (details here). Please note that the advanced session will build on this back to basics session; members should attend (or watch the recording) of this Back to Basics session before attending the advanced session. The advanced session will need to be booked separately here.
