Day One: The Approach 

• Kick-off with sector updates and economic insights tailored for HE finance professionals.
• A practical tax update for management accountants.
• Breakout sessions to sharpen your skills in cash flow forecasting, SORP, and the Lifelong Learning Entitlement
• Explore behaviour change and hear real-world transformation stories from RCA and Courtauld.
• Wrap up with a sector-wide “map check” with a HE Consultant and interactive reflections.

 Day Two: The Compass Check

• A keynote on leading change in HE.
• Sessions on harnessing data, working with AI and finance data and course costings 
• Breakouts covering contract management essentials at the University of Sussex and business partnering and holistic management accounts at SOAS.
• Dashboard Reporting at the University of Manchester to support stakeholder financial understanding.

 Day Three: The Summit

• Keynotes and workshops focused on courageous leadership and business partnering.
• Transformation and efficiency in the sector with PwC. 
• Breakouts on lean finance at Bournemouth University, transformational change at Harper Adams University and building trust with teams and stakeholders.
• A session on using GenAI to enhance your professional brand.
• A visionary look at the future of HE and the skills needed to thrive.

 Day Four: Higher Ground

• Strategic sessions on academic portfolio review with KPMG, budget holder training, and bridging finance with institutional strategy.
• Tools for enhancing Business Partnering and Budget Holder training at King's College London. 
• Development sessions on harnessing your strengths, the skills of a finance leader and how to develop strategic planning in a changing environment.
• A motivational closing session with Charlie Wardle (The Mountain Coach).

When you book your first ticket, your confirmation email will include a 20% discount code for colleagues at your HEP.
Use this code for any additional bookings to reduce the cost to £76 + VAT per ticket.
