Rebecca Seeley Harris is an industry and employment status specialist who we are delighted to welcome back to deliver the annual employment status training. This session will update those members who are trying to make those determinations of who is or isn't employed.
We'll have more details on the content of the session over the coming months but we will be updated on changes in case law since PGMOL (the one about referees), changes in the compliance of your labour supply chain and, by then, we may also have the government's consultation into the employment status framework.

Please note that this training will assume a certain amount of knowledge about employment status - it will not be designed for beginners. If you would like a refresher or 'back to basics' session before attending this training, please review HMRC's training session, delivered earlier this year and then access our e-learning suite and choose the course under People Issues and Taxes called 'Extended Workforce: Employment Status and IR35. This will ensure that you will get the most value out of the annual training course.
