Kingswood Institutional specialise in liquidity management on a discretionary segregated basis, with considerable expertise within the higher education sector managing assets for over 30 universities. Our focus is on interest rate exposure, counterparty risks, and liquidity, thus achieving enhanced returns for our clients.
Effective cash management is intricate; the use of money markets and fixed interest instruments comes with intrinsic risks. We work closely with our clients to understand specific requirements, such as (but not limited to) monitoring counterparty credit ratings and limits, and more recently their ESG scoring. This strategy enables us to create a diverse portfolio that aligns liabilities, risk appetite, and cash flows whilst adhering to Treasury Management Policies.
