Raising the Starting Age for Employee NIcs

The Tax Payers' Alliance has produced a report proposing that the starting age for employee National Insurance contributions should be raised to either 26, 30 or 32, in conjunction with various other measures, so that the financial burden placed on young people is lessened, and for the purposes of inter-generation fairness.
