September's Treasury Management Newsletter

28 September 2016      Matt Sisson, Projects and Membership Manager

After a brief Summer break, the Treasury Management newsletter is back and better than ever, and is now on a bi-monthly schedule. Tim writes:

“Our Headline article this month comes from Victoria Goddard of Pinsent Masons, who tells us all we need to know about Income Strips as a method of finance, especially for student accommodation. Regular contributors King & Shaxson are back; thanks to Robert Den Hollander, for the thought provoking article on using Negotiable Instruments as an investment alternative for spare cash.

Also returning this month are Caxton FX. Thanks to Alexandra Russell-Oliver for her article on the impact of Brexit on Sterling so far. In a short article entitled 'Poacher turned Gamekeeper?', Neill Mackinnon of STA International explains why the firm has started training sessions for university staff facing difficult debt discussions with students and others.”

The newsletter also covers card acquiring price changes, Mastercard card payment authorisations, a Market Briefing, “Blockchain”, and more.
