TRAC in a New Funding Environment
This event is being hosted by the TRAC Development Group (TDG). It is a conference for TRAC practitioners to gain a better understanding of the current issues affecting TRAC. The aim of the conference is; 'to update TRAC Managers and other institutional staff on current and future developments affecting TRAC and provide an opportunity for sharing knowledge and experiences'. The conference will provide an opportunity for TRAC practitioners to debate issues and provide feedback to the TRAC Development Group (TDG). This event is for HEI staff only. Identifying Cash Flow and Optimising RevenueThis one day course has been designed specifically for BUFDG and the University sector. Balancing Risk Management with Revenue MaximisationThe recent banking turmoil has moved treasury management policy and counterparty risk management to the top of the agenda. Financial pressures continue with the worsening fiscal situations in many countries as evidenced by Greece and the credit rating downgrades of Spain and Portugal. This course will take attendees through a series of individual and group exercises to provide insight into identifying liquidity and cash flow management; credit and counterparty risk management; market risk management; the different types of debt instrument; and how this can be pulled together in a balanced treasury risk management policy document.
