We are thrilled to be able to launch Action Learning Sets, a great development opportunity for Deputy Director level (or equivalent). Action Learning Sets are a powerful experience for leaders and bring people together to exchange, support and challenge each other in action and learning. A group of 6-7 participants from across four associations (BUFDG, AUDE, UHR and UCISA) will form a set. This group will attend 5 workshops over 8 months with the external facilitator. The process will help to develop your active listening and questioning skills, expose you to different challenges and develop a fresh perspective on issues.
